RFQ Sequence

The RFQ Sequence module is a highly practical add-on designed to customize and streamline the numbering sequence for Request for Quotations (RFQs) within the Purchases app. By separating the tracking numbers of initial RFQs from confirmed Purchase Orders (POs), this module allows businesses to maintain a much more organized, transparent, and easily traceable procurement process.

1. Dedicated RFQ Sequencing: Automatically generates a unique, customized sequence number the moment a new Request for Quotation is created.

2. Clear Distinction Between RFQ and PO: Easily differentiate between draft/sent RFQs and confirmed Purchase Orders through distinct document numbering, eliminating administrative confusion in your purchasing pipeline.

3. Custom Sequence Configuration: Gain full control over your document tracking. The module provides easy configuration settings to define exactly how your RFQ and PO sequence numbers should be formatted to meet your company's standards.
